Bayer Fungicide hosted an online contest to engage farmers with the goals of introducing them to their new products while generating buzz and excitement around the opportunity to win 1 of 2 Gator Side-by-Side vehicles valued at $22,000! The contest was promoted online, in social media and at farm trade shows in multiple markets across the country. The contest website provided multiple entry opportunities by sharing a post, watching videos, or completing a survey.
Results:
The Fungicides for the Win contest was a huge success, with over 1,700 farmers entering the contest. The Gator prizes were a big draw and the trade show booth was an amazing opportunity for Bayer representatives to engage with their target market.
